The presentation will include the form and analysis as well as the performance of the sonata.


About the Presenter

Dr. Sharyn Edwards has performed in solo piano recitals as well as soloist with orchestras which include the Wilmington and Charlotte orchestras. Her New York debut was at Weill Hall and she taught at Southeastern Community College in Whiteville. N.C. She has served as clinician and adjudicator for festivals. Among her teachers were Dr. John Adams, Raymond Dudley and coaching with Lili Krauss. Currently she is Director of the Dr. Sharyn Edwards Piano Festival and Competition.
